About

II started my journey in 2005 when I was in school; that year, I heard about programming, websites, software and more from one of my seniors. At that moment, the speech itself left a great impression on me, and I thought for days about the idea of doing it professionally one day.

Curiosity led me to the first computer that wasn’t even mine but my uncle’s. In 2006, I embarked on the venture of finding a program and taking my first steps in programming. Installing Windows 95 was a real adventure! And making the first website using WordPress was both a challenge and enjoyment. So I made a firm decision and bought my personal computer in 2008.

For a long time, I was fascinated by WordPress, which was quite simple, gave me the impression that I can really work on it. So I always researched further. I explored Joomla, Drupal, phpBB, and myBB forums during that time. Although Java was the first programming language that I learned besides HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP from 2005 to 2008.

As a significance, let’s highlight the moment when I created my first custom mig33 server gateway. There I changed the platform’s color, created a custom credit system, and started earning money until 2011.

I am inquisitive by nature; therefore, it is not surprising that I have often looked for new challenges in the world of programming. However, I was fully aware that knowledge was my best ally along the way, so education has always been imperative. I completed my graduation in Computer Science and Engineering, where I have always tried to leave a great impression. Indeed, that was the case, considering that my research topic was declared the best, and also, I received many recognitions and awards in the academic world.

My first corporate job lasted from 2015 to 2017 at Olivine Limited; I am very pleased with the position and my accomplishments. I have built many websites and 9 management systems where I was the Tech Lead and UX/UI Designer. During that time, I also designed & developed themes on Themeforest for BulkStudio.

In 2017, the next challenge awaited me there – to build a complete Artificial Intelligence based solution, “AIWAS” for Pearson exam students designed and developed for PTE Study Centre, including the entire infrastructure. It was a pleasure that I embarked on this adventure, which I embarked on with even greater success. More than 1,00,000+ students used that platform and active users 4,000+ per day.

However, as creativity became more and more obsessed with my spirit and I could not be satisfied with the challenges I had already overcome, I decided to become a freelancer. From 2017 to 2019, I constantly develop my creative potential and firmly believe in my ability to always create something new and original. I used to work 18 hours a day and created more than 300+ WordPress websites, 200+ landing pages, design logos, and draw caricature on a different platform.

A new page in my book comes the moment I met my soulmate, a lady of similar interests and views of the world as mine. Rifah Tashfia is an SQA Engineer and the reason I decided to leave the strenuous waters of freelancing and indulge in a permanent job at a position in NewsCred (now Welcome). within 7 days as a Front End Developer.

Although my job designation was Front End developer, I created the entire infrastructure for the CMS team, from server architecture to custom framework for WordPress and a system to manage all those things by removing 3rd party vendor, saving that company’s $28,000 every year. I have created blogs for some big brands like Epson, MTB, Spectrum, Emirates, DirecTV, etc. Next year, In 2019, I was promoted to senior front-end developer and I used to lead the tech part of the CMS team.

In 2020, Industry Dive, acquired the Content line of business from NewsCred (now Welcome). I’m currently working on that company – Industry Dive. I was first promoted to Senior Software Engineer and now working as Software Development Manager and leading the tech part of the hub team with techs like WordPress, Django NodeJS, ReactJS and managing the infrastructure on AWS & Google Cloud.

However, only a few things can be said about me in a nutshell. I am an artist who is a minimalist, just as my view of the world is black and white, in that pebble, I like to create in the world of programming. I believe that a man is an unfinished individual who always has room for progress and improvement. I don’t like the color pink and complicated solutions. I like to solve complex things in a simple way because I think that’s the point of a real Engineer. Working on a solution and always taking the lead in complex projects are my qualities. I’m also a solution architect who can create cost-efficient architecture and if I can’t say my skills, then I’m sure I have 15 years of experience as a developer, designer and engineer, says a lot. Also, I love to make sketches.
